Do you have a reason to improve your memory or brain health?

We all know there are things we should do, but what makes us actually get up and do them?

I don’t think there are many people who can say they never forget anything. We all, at one time or another, have forgotten someone’s name or where we know them from.

Is the embarrassment we feel when we do forget, enough?

This embarrassment is very real.  And we certainly wouldn’t want to keep repeating it, would we?

Is embarrassment enough for us to take action?

Is a little forgetfulness okay? Or is it the warning sign of aging memory loss?

What would make you stop and think about a whether a little forgetfulness was okay or the signs that it might be time to start taking some action?
