Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
Why not 8 Secrets To Increase Brain Power Naturally? Secrets sound so much more interesting and enticing than habits!
Habits sound dull!
No apologies from me because, if you really want to make changes and make them stick, then habits the way to go!
To paraphrase the late, great Jim Rohn: Motivation gets you going. HABIT keeps you going!
Motivation is your reason, purpose or why you do something.
We are usually motivated by pleasure or pain!
We either move TOWARDS or AWAY FROM things we want or like.
Whatever your motivation, you are here right now reading this. However, for results you need to take the information I present and as unsexy as habits sound, habits are what is required to make your good intentions stick!
So habits is what they are! Each one can easily be incorporated into your life everyday. In fact, you probably are already doing most of them to some degree already.
